Besttec offers a wide range of products, such as strong permanent adhesion or semi-permanent for repositionable labels or removable labels with low tack and peel values. The major fields of application are label stock, self adhesive tapes or hygienic products. For many industrial intermediate products such as sound dampening or packaging technology, the self adhesive technology offers a smart and economical alternative compared to a mechanical assembly process.
Especially for the industrial application of tape for the construction area as well as for insulation purposes, hotmelt with high performance values are required. Besttec offers a broad selection of different adhesives which are ideal for fine tuning in the different application areas.
At room temperature, the products are solid. These products are supplied in siliconized cardboard boxes containing 17,6 lb or in fibre drums containing approx 380 lb.
Hotmelt adhesives are melted with block melters or drum-unloaders. Coating is made at 300 to 355 °F, depending on the specific application, on standard roller- or slot-die-coating machines.
