1. Collection, processing and use of personal data

 

You may view our site anonymously and without having to provide any personal details about yourself. We only save access data without any direct personal reference e.g. the name of your internet service provider, the site from which you view our site, IP address and names of requested files. This serves solely internal system related and statistic purposes and does not allow any conclusion to be made regarding your person.

 

The creation of user profiles is not possible and data, including also any extracts, is not transferred to third parties.

 

Personal data (e.g. name, address and bank details) is only collected if you voluntarily provide this as part of an order or enquiry. Upon contract completion and full payment of purchases, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after expiry of regulations regarding tax and commercial law in so far as you have not given permission for the further use of your data or if a legal permit exists.

 

 

2. Use of cookies

 

There are no cookies or tracking tools in use on our website.

 

3. Right to information

 

According to the German Data Protection Act you have a right to request free information concerning any of your personal data which is stored by us as well as the right to correct / block or delete any of this data.
